Cartesia is today an independent company, with its own development team, helpdesk and sales organisation: laundries that choose Coral JIT40 have a single point of contact for the software, for plant integration and for day-to-day support.
Since 2020 the installed base has grown steadily: more than thirty industrial laundries in operation, mostly across Northern and Central Italy, with installations in Spain and a new implementation in Croatia. Customers range from family-run laundries to international groups, with very different scales and the same underlying question: knowing, at any moment, what is happening on the shop floor. Every installation starts from an analysis of the production process and continues over time with helpdesk, remote monitoring, updates, backup and recovery.
